On DynaProHealth.com, we accept payment in Canadian or US dollars, British pounds or Euros.

Our payment terms permit you to pay for orders you place on DynaProHealth.com  by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express). The transaction and your sensitive information (including your card details) are handled by the Square Payment Gateway and are safe and secure. You can also pay using a Paypal account.

On the Check Out page, the system will invite you to enter credit card information (card number, expiry date and CVC code) as well as your address. This address should match the address on file with your bank.

If you then click Place Order, you should receive a message stating that your transaction has been successful. If you do not , then the address you have entered is incorrect or your bank has declined your card.

Payment will not be taken at the time of your order – only authorized. We will only take the payment from your credit card or your Paypal account just before shipping your order.

Once you have completed the transaction successfully, the Check Out page will confirm that we have received your order as well as display the details of your transaction. Please copy the order number or take a screenshot for your records.

You should also receive an e-mail confirmation of your order – if not please contact us immediately.

You may also place orders by phone, fax or email and provide your credit card number to us by phone (not by fax or email). If you do this and give us your consent, we will store your credit card number securely under your Square profile in order to maintain complete security of your credit card information and destroy and paper records of the number.

You may also pay for phone, fax or email orders using electronic transfers or Interac email.
